Why I'm switching back to 15mm sci fi minis for gaming
I've spent a lot of time painting 28mm stuff lately, but I always find myself gravitating back toward 15mm sci fi minis whenever I want to play a game that actually feels like a planetary invasion. There is just something about this specific scale that hits a sweet spot that the bigger heroic scales can't quite touch. If you've been in the hobby for a while, you probably know the struggle of trying to fit a "massive" battle on a standard 6x4 table using larger figures.
